For different reasons, people may be getting the right amount of sleep, however it may be of poor quality, leading to many problems such as waking up exhausted to developmental problems in children. Taking certain medications may help you sleep longer, but generally compromise sleep quality, hence it is important to discover the underlying origins of the problem.
