DR MICHAEL AU

Having graduated from the University of Queensland with Honours, Michael is interested in all facets of dentistry and enjoys being able to provide holistic care for anyone who walks into the clinic. He is constantly striving to improve his craft and is always on the lookout for courses that will help further his high quality of dentistry.

Michael also volunteering with the Tzu Chi Foundation to provide dental treatment to the less fortunate individuals who are unable to access dental services. Recently, Michael travelled with the Foundation to the rural town of Tara to provide dental care for its residents.

Before finding his calling in dentistry, Michael briefly studied engineering for a year where he led several team projects such as designing and building a portable water filter for potential use in third-world countries. During this time, Michael began to develop his communication skills which would go on to complement his clinical side of dentistry.

Outside of dentistry, Michael enjoys teaching, singing, and playing with his cheeky Maltipom, Benji.
