What to bring & keep in mind for your appointment

We want your visit to be as easy and comfortable as possible. Here are a few helpful reminders before you arrive. If you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to contact our team. We’re always happy to help.

New Patient Form

To make your visit as smooth as possible, all new patients are asked to complete a medical history form before their appointment.

If you book your appointment online, you will receive a confirmation email containing a secure link to complete your form online.

If you book over the phone with our team, you will receive a text message with a link to complete your form prior to your visit.

If you are unable to complete the form beforehand, no problem at all. Simply arrive around 10 minutes early and our team will be happy to assist you at the clinic.

Medical records

If you have any relevant medical or dental records, please bring them with you to your appointment.

Having a clear understanding of your health and dental history helps our team provide the safest and most effective care possible, while allowing us to tailor your treatment plan to your individual needs.

Payment options

We believe quality dental care should be accessible and stress free. That’s why we offer a range of flexible payment options to suit your needs.

  • Private Health Funds: We accept most Australian private health funds through HICAPS, allowing you to claim on the spot for added convenience.
  • Government Schemes: We support the Child Dental Benefits Schedule (CDBS) for eligible children aged 2 to 17 and also welcome Veterans’ Affairs patients.
  • Zip (Buy Now, Pay Later): Enjoy the flexibility of paying later with Zip. Visit Zip to learn more and get started.
  • Accepted Payment Methods: We accept cash, cheque, Visa, MasterCard, EFTPOS, American Express, and JCB.

For patients who require additional support, referral options for treatment under general anaesthesia may be available when appropriate. However, we’ve found that for many people, the most effective approach is simply taking things one step at a time in a calm, supportive, and understanding environment.
